The Products

I design the creations as I travel, often between Paris, Barcelona, ​​and Dubai. They are manufactured in workshops in Barcelona and some in Paris, to guarantee luxurious finishes.

Shipments

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and our inventory. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our carrier's website.

Returns

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to exercise your Right of Withdrawal. Once this right has been exercised, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

We apologize for the error. Please complete the Return Form and follow the return/exchange procedure outlined in our return policy.

First, fill out the online Return Form. Make sure the products have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and that the label with the single-use seal is still attached. Return the products in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of return.

Following the inspection of the returned products, an email will be sent to you to confirm acceptance of the return. The refund will be issued within 14 days, and the exact timeframe depends on the original payment method.
