Returns and reimbursements

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can, without any penalty, subject to compliance with the conditions defined in the present, exercise the right of withdrawal in the fourteen (14) days from the date to Which you have received the products purchased on www.koye.fr The products you want to return, must imperatively be, within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal, returned by the carrier of your choice under the conditions specified below. The products can thus be returned subject to having completed the return form.

Conditions of exercise of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is considered to be properly applied in the event that the following conditions are fully respected:

• We invite you to carefully fill in the online return form before submitting it to the supplier in the fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of your order;
• Products must not have been worn, used, modified, washed and or damaged;
• The label must still be attached to the product with the mono-use seal;
• The products must be returned intact and not used in their original packaging;
• The products rendered must be given to the carrier within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you have respected all the required conditions, the supplier will reimburse you the price of the products purchased and returned, as well as the delivery costs paid originally, deduction of the costs linked to direct return costs which remain your responsibility.

Refund deadlines and terms

After receipt and control, by the supplier, of compliance with the required conditions, you will receive an email to confirm the acceptance of the return of the products. Whatever payment that you have used (credit card/debit, payment on delivery), the refund is activated by the supplier as soon as possible, at the latest in the fourteen (14) days following the delivery Products to the UPS carrier or, in the event of choice of another carrier, from the receipt by the supplier of the proof of the shipment of the products, provided that the exercise of this right meets all the conditions indicated in the present.
The effective time of recredit or reimbursement of the sums depend on the payment terms used:

• Purchase by credit card/debit: The reimbursement period depends on the bank which issued the credit/debit card. We remind you that the date of the new credit (which is equivalent to reimbursement) will be the same as that of the debit, consequently of which you will not be penalized compared to your banking interests;
• Purchase through PayPal (if the option is available): the refund on your PayPal account will be immediately visible. The effective reimbursement on the credit card of your PayPal account depends on the credit card company;
• Payment by check: Refund is made by check, reimbursements are generally effective within one month.

If it is a gift, the reimbursement of the amount will be made to the person who made the payment.

Conditions for the exchange of products

In some specific cases, duly reported in the return form, you can choose to exchange products purchased with other products, instead of obtaining the refund of the price of said products.
The exchange request will come within the limits provided below:

1. can be the subject of an exchange that the products purchased and for which the mention "exchange" will be expressly provided for in the return form;
2. You can request the exchange of one or more of the products purchased only with items from the same model, whose size and/or color differs (NT). In all cases, the options available for the exchange will be indicated in the return form;
3. You can request the exchange of one or more of the products purchased within a maximum of fourteen (14) free days from their date of receipt, by filling out the return form, to be sent electronically to the supplier in the aforementioned time. The products to be discussed must be given to the carrier in the fourteen (14) free days from their date of receipt;
4. Only one exchange request can be made by product purchased. The products for which you request an exchange must be returned to the supplier in their original packaging, not used, or worn, washed or damaged and the identification label must still be attached with the single -use seal;
5. The products to be exchanged and part of the same order must be sent to the supplier at once. The supplier reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order, returned to be replaced at different times.

If all the conditions listed above are properly complied with, once your return form contains your exchange request completed and sent, the supplier will take care of the said exchange request by sending you a confirmation email for this purpose .
You will be contacted if your exchange request cannot be processed because they are not in accordance with the conditions for the exchange of products. In this case, you can choose to recover at your expense the items you want to change or request the refund of said items, under the conditions and according to the reimbursement terms indicated above.

Deadlines and procedures for obtaining the exchange of products

Once the supplier has received the products you want to exchange and controlled that all the conditions previously exposed have been met, the supplier will check the effective availability in its warehouses in the size and/or color that you have selected.

If the selected product (s) to be replaced is no longer available in its warehouses, the supplier will not be able to honor your exchange request and therefore proceed to Refund of the amount equivalent to the product (s) that you initially purchased (s) and not replaceable (s), in accordance with the reimbursement methods provided above.

If the article (s) selected to be replaced (s) is (s) available, the supplier may honor your exchange request and confirm the effective shipping of replaced products by e-mail . In this case, delivery will occur within thirty (30) days from the date on which the supplier has read your exchange request, after verification that said exchange was made in accordance with the previously established conditions. The shipping costs relating to the replaced products will be borne by the supplier, who will return the choice of the carrier. In the event that the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the price of the article selected for the exchange, no additional refund and/or load will be applied to you for the price difference.

The replaced product (s) may (s) may also be the subject of a later return under the conditions detailed above.

Product label

All the products put up for sale by the supplier are provided with a label fixed by a mono-use seal. We invite you to try the article without removing the label or the corresponding seal because the returned products will not be accepted if they are devoid of it.
